The Eastern Conference for Workplace Democracy (ECWD) exposes people to the concept of worker-owned businesses; strengthens existing worker-owned businesses; develops relationships between democratically-owned businesses, labor institutions, and resource organizations; and builds the movement for workplace democracy. We are pleased to announce that the 2017 ECWD will be held this June 09-11, 2017 at Fordham University Lincoln Center in New York City in partnership with NYC Network of Worker Cooperatives and Fordham University Law School’s Economic Development Clinic.
