Accommodations

Accommodations are available in suite-style dormitories on UMBC campus.   Each bathroom is shared between two double rooms.  Linens will be provided. Please reserve accommodations through the online registration system.

24-hour UMBC staff will be available at the main desk at Harbor Hall dormitory and will check participants into the dormitory and provide a swipe card for the dormitory and the dining hall as well as a parking permit if needed.  Please visit the Location and Transportation page for directions and a campus map.

Participants may check in beginning at noon on the date of their arrival and must check out by 2 pm on the date of departure.

Housing Rates

$60 per person
Shared double for the weekend (Friday and Saturday)

$120 per person
Single for the weekend (Friday and Saturday)

$30 per person
Shared double for Thursday or Sunday night

$60 per person
Single for Thursday or Sunday night
